Pre-Sale Homes

With a pre-sale home, CDG Enterprises owns or will purchase the land. CDG will request a small deposit from the purchaser and CDG will construct the house. When your home is ready to move into you will pay the remaining balance through a conventional mortgage. This process is no different then how you purchase a used house. Purchase a pre-sale home for as little as 5% down. Pre-sale homes are ready in 3 to 5 Months.


Custom Homes

With a custom home, you own the land (or purchase the land). CDG will request 4 payments through the home building process and when your home is ready to move into you move in. This process is known as a construction or draw mortgage.  Purchase a custom home for as little as 20% down. 


Move-In Ready Homes

With a move-in ready home, CDG builds homes and after completion offers them to prospective customers. These homes are turn key with all the touches of a custom home without all the choices.
