Are you ready to start your New Home Journey with CDG?

We have designed a simple, yet, well thought out process to have you quickly settled in the home of your dreams.

 

Step 1: DREAM

This is where the magic starts. We have show homes and ‘Quick Move in Homes’ for you to explore and gain inspiration. They are designed with an array of fixtures and finishings for you to decide what best suits you and your family’s needs.

Next you will pick your floor plan. This will be the basic floor plan for your home which can be customized a bit later down the road. After you have chosen your floor plan, it is time to pick your lot. You can pick one of our lots, a lot you had in mind, or a lot you already own. We build on any available lot!

Now it is time to sign the purchase agreement.

Are you ready to see your vision come to light? This is the most exciting step! It is time to design your dream home. From closet layouts to cabinet colors, you get to be involved every step of the way.

With so much to choose from we understand how it may get overwhelming. Don’t worry, we are here to help every step of the way and offer our professional opinion. Step 3: DETAILS

Our final step in the CDG New Home Journey, is signing off on all the details. This step ensures we have constant communication along the building journey to ensure you are getting the home of your dreams.
